Sorry for the delay on this. My truck ended up in the shop for a while with a cracked transmission pan at 2k miles. Joy. Below are the values I was able to pull from both of the vehicles. The first values shown are the Expedition ('22 Limited Max 303A) and the second are the F-150 ('23 Platinum PowerBoost). The Sync delay timer setting DOES work in the F-150. For 744-31-01, I showed the AsBuilt value for the Expedition. I have since changed it to extend the delay timer and it is now FF19-012C-19DB. I did my best on these not to fat finger anything, but let me know if you see anything screwy. I would love to hear details if you figure out the approach detection and turning it all on for the Expedition. I do like it a lot on my F-150 (when it works...).

DSM: Expedition / F-150

744-23-01: 0000-0000-006F / 0101-0001-0072
744-23-02: 0100-0101-73 / 0100-0000-0071
744-24-01: 0000-0000-0070 / 0019-1388-0B2F
744-24-02: 0000-71 / B864-8D
744-31-01: 0419-012C-19E0 / 0719-012C-19E3

BCM: Expedition / F-150

726-18-01: 0000-0000-0046 / 0101-0101-014B
726-27-01: 0001-1401-026D / 0101-1401-006C
726-45-01: 0100-0503-007C / 0101-F403-016D

APIM: Expedition / F-150

7D0-09-01: 6313-C2AF-FEC6 / 6317-C2A8-FEC3
7D0-09-02: C06E-5F01-1D8D / C06F-5701-0D76
7D0-09-04: 9340-0350-E0EA / 9340-1B50-F012
7D0-09-05: 4005-1020-005A / 0005-0000-00EA
Thanks!!

The one I see that is odd is 744-23-02: ****-***x-**. The value here is 1 on the Expedition and 0 on the F-150. Looking at the Forscan sheet for the F150 this is not defined. However when looking at the sheet for the Mach-E (Same modules) it is defined as "PRB_Factory_Movement" where 0 is disabled and 1 is enabled. I don't know what that means or why it would be different between the two.

744-23-02: 0100-0101-73 / 0100-0000-0071

PRB_Factory_Movement (PRBFM)
744-23-02yyyyyyy*--0 =PRBFM DISABLE1 =PRBFM ENABLE

Thanks so much guys. I have ordered the latest FORScan Pro with the intention of prolonging the out time of the running boards. Clearly, something is wrong with the programming and waiting on Ford to fix it is going nowhere. I really appreciate the constructive commentary in using the device and explaining the coding.

I did not use the power running boards in my 2017 Limited much, but they were very well programmed and even opened independently wrt drivers/passenger's door opening. What a concept...!! My new 2023 304A is suspended a bit higher and I have been using (and liking) them. But the constant in and out regardless of which door opens/closes without any extended time is just ridiculous and an obvious programming glitch. Seriously...? Both drivers and passengers' side open in tandem when I open the driver's door??

Thanks again guys for your instruction.

That's kind of weird to me, maybe a 2023 is different from my 2019, but on mine (without any forscan changes related to running boards) they are specific to the side of the car with a door open.

So to avoid any further confusion and please correct me if I am wrong, but the power running boards in the pre-2022 refresh deploy corresponding to the door side being opened and not both in tandem like the post-2022 refresh??

is there a way in Forscan to correct this to individual side opening in the post-2022 refresh? Having both sides deploy when one door is open is just plain silly to me and a huge unnecessary draw on the battery.
