Actually everything he did does add up for the trucks price. There is 99 f150s that people sell them for 8 to 9 grand. An there trucks don't come with everything yours comes with or how clean yours is. I would pay 8,000 for your truck any day . I got mine for 4,800 with no lift no nothing a year...
Expys are grate in the mud if you know how to drive them.
I have a rcx 5inch lift kit on mine and also a 3in body perfect for 37s but I have 35s on it, for now.
But if you go with any lift RCX or RCD tires have to have 4.5 of back spacing I'm still using stock tires because I have 2in wheel...
Got the steering stebilizer today now tomorrow to 4wheel parts to get aligned. And see how much they will charge to install it for me. If not I will.

But you could always get fabtech lift coils.
Compared to my 3 1/2 in spacer I made there only 1 inch taller. Both with weight on them
