fuses on the wiring prints are listed as F1.*** but in the owners they are listed as Fxxx so fuse F1.101 would be the same as F101
Yes I have checked F101, F102 etc. I haven't got to check for power on those at fuse block.
1) I hope we are talking about the pcm relay - upper right hand corner of central junction box. If you jump that can you connect the code reader to the pcm and communicate?
Havent got to try that yet.
2) Make sure the fuses have 12v on both sides with ign in run position.

4) Just for giggles, if you can check fuel pressure it would be nice to know what the cranking pressure is. We need to establish if you have more than one failure occurring.
