2004 expedition eddie bauer series 5.4 sluggish/hesitation at around 40+ mph

i have changed fuel filter, throttle position sensor, coil packs, plugs, wires added fuel injection cleaner and used premium gasoline but it is still sluggish and a code we got shows throttle position sensor out of range. what else can i do.....

Clean the mass airflow sensor ?
Disconnect the battery ground cable for a minute. After your TPS installation do you have free movement of the throttle butterfly from idle to wide open throttle?
