here. The remote start system override button should be located somewhere under the dash on the driver side. While you can usually access it from underneath, I have found that it is far, far easier to access by removing the trim panel below the headlight switch. If you have adjustable pedals, it will be the panel with the pedal switch. Just remove the 2 screws holding the trim under the steering wheel. The side trim panel then just pulls off (gently). You should be able to easily access the remote start module from there. Sometimes the button is obscured with electrical tape, but it will easy to find if you can see the remote start module as it's a fairly thick cable running off the box.
2. Once the set time limit is up, the vehicle will shut off. Nothing you can do to stop it.
