Thanks for the link.

PM to Cureless and he replied within a few hours. He is out of stock for next two weeks but will PM me when new stock arrives.

I am trying to study the how to instruction but was unsure about one step. The removal of the end cap on the old gear assembly. Do I take a grinder to it and the end cap/washer falls off? How much is enough, when to stop grinding? Will I damage the end and the new replacement end cap wont have enough to hold onto?

My adjustable pedals only move about an inch, is that correct? 2003 EB

If not I'd be interested in making it right.

You should have around 3" of travel from all the way against the firewall to all the way out. If they don't move that far then you probably have a broken sprocket.

I am curious as to weather or not you guys would be interested in a true fix for this issue? You know, the broken plastic gear that makes the pedals not move? The one that Ford want you to pay for all new assemblies that I hear are now discontinued...I have a gear that will never go bad again. I am the guy that fixed the Panther platform gears about a year ago. Now, due to the multiple calls and e-mails asking me to fix the Expis and Navis as well I have one in the works! The same brass gear I offer for the Panther cars will now be available for these SUVs.

I have sent a message to supermod about posting stuff for sale on here so for now all I am going to do is say I can fix this issue once and for all!

Please let me know if you are interested....Thanks Chris
Interested! Where can I purchase this?
