I totally agree with this post. Do your Homework and have all the information to lay on their desk. I had taken a 48 hour cold start video of the engine noise. Had the work done with little rebuttal. The repair was done and on the warranty work sheet that I requested was a camshaft replacement also. So to those who say no damage will be done if left unchecked, I am not sure of that claim. Not knowing the size of the Ford Dealership Shop, I may look for a larger shop to handle this repair. BTW, my 2019 Expedition XLT had 34K. It was repaired just recently. Good Luck. You are afforded that right through the warranty program.
