Looks like it’s out of vertical alignment. Stock cars have a clear crisp distinct line tht has no driver side break. I have projectors and from factory and after I installed SL1s it has retained a crisp straight line
Its not a drivers side break. Its the cutoff! EVERY projector has it, even your 2016 has it if you have projectors! Like I said above on some projectors its more pronounced

Also keep in kind that OEM lenses on the fords are either dimpled or Fresnel which would make the cutoff cloudy and tough to see in some case.

I’m actually J Ski, and no just trying to figure out some stuff on these retro fits that’s confusing me that’s all
I know who you are!

So basically the left side in the US is lower to allow the light in front of you more distance but keeps from blinding oncoming traffic. In Europe its the exact opposite. The projector lense clarity and projector design plays a huge part in how defined the cutoff is. From the factory most are setup to provide just enough light to get a DOT approval.

Gixer is right. His setup and cutoff look perfect. If you’ve never seen a cutoff like that, you’ve only ever seen the junkiest HID kits. Simple google search revealed these glorious images:

So yes, cutoff is indicative of a properly setup projector and Gixer absolutely knows what he’s doing when it comes to headlight projector and HID retrofits. I chuckle when people argue with him because if you take the time to read through his posts on headlight tech, he absolutely knows his stuff... smh

That light pattern is exactly how my Cibie 'Z beam' halogen 7" headlights looked back in the 80's.

And they still aren't closed up.. :( but I got the shrouds epoxied on, moisture vents installed as a precaution and everything is dust free. Closed for sure this week!

Why not another wall shot
