Is there any way to disable to auto lock on a 2003 Expy? I moved the switches on the rear doors from lock to unlock but it doesn't seem to do a thing?
Any help is appreciated.

I believe that the switches you are referring to are the interior door handle defeat switches. They prevent toddlers from opening the rear car door(s), as they are prone to pull on the handles.

I found the following procedure for a '04 Exby, but I think it will work for the '03. Basically, you are enabling/disabling this feature by programming the cars computer.

*******************
Autolock and Horn Chirp Programming

- Close all the doors.

- Confirm that the ignition switch is in the OFF position.

- Turn the ignition switch from OFF to RUN.

- NOTE: Steps 4 through 8 must be carried out within 30 seconds.

- Press the power door lock UNLOCK button three times.

- Turn the ignition switch from RUN to OFF.

- Press the power door lock UNLOCK button three times.

- Turn the ignition switch from OFF to RUN.

- Verify that the horn chirps. This indicates the system is in the enable/disable mode is ready to accept program changes.
Press the power door lock UNLOCK button one time to toggle the autolock/relock feature OFF.

- Press the power door lock LOCK button once to enter the command.

- Verify that the horn chirps one time. There should only be one chirp indicating that autolock/relock feature has been disabled. If one chirp is heard, followed by a longer sound of the horn, the autolock/relock feature has just been enabled. Return to Step 9.

- Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position to exit the enable/disable mode.

- Exit the vehicle and verify that the horn chirps once to indicate that a feature has been changed and that autolock/relock has been disabled.

Hope this helps!!!:)
