looks great man!!! and the newspaper is what i used with masking tape...

it really does make the red pop

i would paint the frame rail ends under the bumper for a clean look too

That's the first thing my wife asked if we could paint over those ends. I'll do my hitch in the back too.

Looks excellent! Now that you're a pro at it, I'll pay for gas to get you to here to do mine. Wait a minute, you drive an Expy. Think I'll try it myself.

My only concern is all the salt they throw on the roads here in the winter. Any worries there? Spose if it does start to come off you either spot paint it or just strip it off and redo, correct? Guess it's a question along the lines of what Walnuts asked regarding durability. Any thoughts.

this past winter i had mine done and no problems with chipping or anything..

they don't use salt here but the deicer crap is worst..

its all in the prep and i used a self etching primer as well..

I'm still leaning towards using rustoleum bedliner and a couple coats of clear on top of it to protect it...

i think the gloss would match your graphic better but the bedliner with clear would match the tires and the black on your wheels so either way would be good IMO
