Hello All
Long Story short, my dealer has been hassling me since May, to let them perform Recall 20C19 Rear View Camera improper function, and FSA 20B39 Front View & Center High mount cameras improper function repair.
They are an hour /south of Dallas
I kept telling them I have a Ford dealer 8 minutes away from me.
Last month Mr. Lance M from Ford Motor Co started contacting me about the repairs.
Finally the offered to drop off a new Expy, pick mine up, perform repairs, detail my Expy and fill it with fuel.
They picked my Expy up yesterday, and dropped off the following 2021 Expy for me to drive. Mine is now back and all is good.

FYI - a stock short wheelbase Expy is so bizarre to drive after all of the mods on mine.
