If I were you, I'd do the big kid seat in the 3rd row in the current ride with larger side down and see if that fits the needs. Also sounds like a nice part for you is you have time to realize that lots of door dings or a minivan is in your future as a father of 3. [emoji12]

Believe at least Toyota makes an all wheel drive minivan if not others at this point, so, that point about snow doesn't really hold up unless your location is very rural with huge snowfall/minimal plowing. That said, there is nothing like a full sized four wheel drive SUV for bad weather conditions...
Yes, I’m expecting many door dings. We try to keep the kids in the leased Volvo XC90 as much as possible and let them trash that! Haha.
But yes, going to try the booster in the small 3rd row seat and see if that works. I love the idea of the Max or Navigator L but my garage will not be a fan and I honestly don’t need the size for 99% of my driving.
