Am I missing a fairing or air deflector here?

Driving at speeds over 50, I thought I noticed a very slight wind noise coming from an odd place... under the vehicle. It looks like a fairing is missing from this location... anyone know what it’s called or where to find one?

Looks like your missing 2 to 3 parts to me. But hey you have easy access for changing oil now!

Yeah it looks like the dealer took it off to change the oil and never replaced it.

At least I know what the noise is now. I was getting worried what I thought was wind noise might be the beginning of a bearing growl

Mine is missing the same piece or pieces. I'd like to know the parts as well. Not sure if it really needs it, but when looking up from the bottom it looks pretty vulnerable. Even the slight protection would ease my mind a little bit

Don’t want any rocks or pebbles flying up there. Not to mention in winter, a nice salt spray

If she keeps going "commando" like that, she be vulnerable to any engine pervert that walks close enough for an "*******" cell phone pic

It looks like you're missing the fan shroud. There's a little dangly bit that swings right out of the way, it might be worth a junkyard visit.

I believe you're missing the flexible front air deflector. It's Ford part #7L1Z-8327-A for my 2013 and looks like this. I'm missing the original push clips and I'm trying to identify the correct size. The darn thing loosens every time I'm in the highway.

the lower part of the fan shroud just clips in and clips off easily. you guys look to be missing the lower, my truck was missing it when i bought it too. The lower part can be found but it took a lot of research for me, any you may be better off purchasing the whole shroud or hitting up a junkyard for one

2007-2009 Expeditions have a clutch driven cooling fan with a plastic shroud there. 2010+ units have twin electric fans instead so the shroud was deleted.
