you should put the hood on and strap it down and put the lights and signals on and drive around like that. people would be like WTF?! haha but yeah that sucks. i do like tearing my expo down though. might have to do that one day if i get bored.

I d not recomend doing this unless you have a good auto body back ground. I thought i did. till I started this project. it got very frustrating very fast. and i would have sent it to a shop. but im **** about any one else touching my truck and jeeps. I do every thing my self. regardless of what it is

i remember that. and it looks good! but i dont think i would ever tear down my front end. even though it would be funn to try and put it back together. so you going to make a new bumper while your at it?

eventually i will build new bumper for front that will be boxed. with a ressesed winch plate and 12,500 lb winch. but that wont be till after body work is done and repainted. now that my jeeps are near done the truck wont be off road again other than to bow hunt with wingnut (opps) walnuts lol. gonna try to set it up and do a few shows. repainting it same blue as my jeep with black trim then trailer being painted to match. and ill show in combination with jeep. nothing really fancy but fun.

as for roll pan.... I'm planning on taking it off when I paint the tan and before the roll pan gets painted I am gonna do some grinding and tweaking to make it fit better than before... so dave you might have to make a road trip one day...lol

I'll have to smoke a brisket the day I start painting
