Nothing all that amazing to report. Built the ports for the boxes, i had to cut up the carboard tubes taht came with the ports to make a 90 degree bend in them and then fiberglassed them together. Also Blacked out the back windows, you could see the backs of the boxes in the sunlight and that just looked plain bad. So some back vinyl and its all good now.

I am finally tonight picking up the hardware to mount the subs in the boxes, Tee nuts and 1-1/2" bolts (32 of each). I have to mark and drill the subs enclosures BEFORE I glue on the cloth to the face as they probably wont like being drilled after.

well no pics of this update, but Glued the fabric to the face of the sub enclosures and cut the pre drilled holes for the bolts that mount the subs. Also I fiberglass reinforced the sub enclosures both inside and out. Inside of course I also rand a bead of coalking around the edges. Cut and mounted the ports as well. So now waiting for all that to dry and gas before I can put it all back together.

Looking at it all together now, I am thinking the brown panels need to be black, theres a grill cover that goes right over the amp as well that the same brown as behind the subs.

HMMMMM opinions?

hit a little snag, the brown grill cloth looks horrible in the truck. SO I tore it all back out and am going to spray dye it black tonight. I had a feeling I should have done it in the first place.

Thanks, i am working on the wiring now. The unit comes out in one piece with out the subs in and you bolt the box down to a few brackets I had to make. The enclosure part is bolted to the carpeted trim panel. Each weighs about 25 ish pounds.

Ugh, havent had more than 20 minutes to work on this. Hopefully tonight I have a few hours no one will bother me and I can get a good deal done. Also, misplaced my big distro block, cap and 2nd kinetik battery and just found them this morning. Left them at work lol

Interior is back together after pulling the stock sub and amp, and ran speaker wire to both passenger side doors. Wanted to get all 4 doors done but ran out of time.

BTW if anyone wants to buy the stock sub/amp/enclosure its up for sale.
