Second row bench seat

I just deleted the center seat in my 2018 xlt.
Now what do i do about these darn holes.
Wondering if Ford or anybody sells something to cover them up.

Measure the size and buy some plastic plugs. Then put a bucket seat floor mat over them

If you add the 2nd/3rd row floor matt(s) from Weathertech it will cover up that area.

It looks like the carpet is sculpted out where the tracks would have been, so a floor mat is going to pucker unless the low spots are leveled out. The Expy's with Captain's chairs from the factory don't have the sculpted out area in the carpet between the seats.

Our sales person said the center seat on middle bench is removable. We tried this morning before long trip and seems the answer is no. Like the post above you have to un bolt it.

Technically, it is removable once you take out the bolts.

It’s only removable with a star or torx head. I was going to ask how it works out because I looked at an 8 seater and would like to take the seat out to keep as an option. My cursory look on a test drive revealed it has those heads on the bolts. Tidying up the floor is what I wanted to know about. Doesn’t look like too bad of an operation.

im guessing that area in the center is where the wire for the power folding comes from. Appears the wire tucks back in well?

I would find some carpet to match or see if some can be cut from under the front or rear seats that will not be noticed and cut plugs to fit.
Make them a little larger and then you can tape or glue them into place after final trimming.
If you work the edges around with a stiff brush or fairly pointed pick etc you can blend to where it will not be noticeable.
