How is it working out for you? Solid? The price is right for sure. I did the same thing on my 05 F350 diesel. 8' Fisher plow for 100k miles of Mass winters and never missed a beat.

A lot of people install ReadyLIFT which I think is quite overpriced. I installed the one from ebay
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Steel-Front-2-5-Lift-Kit-Ford-Expedition-2WD-4WD-FX4-2003-2014/272036627414 and it looks pretty solid for significantly less money. Besides you can choose your height by picking various options. In my case it was 2/2.5. Another purchase was https://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Pair-L...r-1-00-Caster-1-50-Free-Shipping/263431907192. It is twice cheaper than Moog.
Good luck down the road when that eBay spacer snaps apart. Readylift way to go. Got that and my 35/11.50/20s on my 2016 Platinum el and plan on throwing either 1.25” or 1.5” wheel adapters on here soon. When messing with suspension components, I chose quality over price. I mean what’s $300 for parts when you paid all that $$ for the truck in the first place?

I have no problem except some grinding noise during hard turns which developed after 1k miles. Maybe it's not related to the lift.

Get under there and check that everything is torqued up correctly.

Just in case. Safety first

I love you guys... "Good luck down the road...spacer snaps apart." Doom and gloom lol Like I mentioned above. Inexpensive spacers sat under my 05 F350 6.0 diesel for 100k miles of plowing in Mass over six years. I think if it would have broken, I'd have been the one to break it. More expensive doesn't mean better or that there is anything wrong with the less expensive one. I tend to choose common sense over throwing money at something.

Not much that the spacers could do to cause a grinding noise. They're pretty basic if you've ever installed them yourself.

I put 5K on this setup in two weeks. Apparently the spacers are not critical at all. If someone wants to spend $300 for a piece of mild steel then it's good for ReadyLIFT. The only critical item here, I believe, is a ball joint on the upper arm. So changing that arm is more important. And probably for heavy off road use only. For city driving not so much.

Incorrect reassembly or a destroyed balljoint

Yes, and you can get out and stick a knife in your tire too. The leveling/lift kits we're talking about here won't do any damage. It wouldn't harm a ball joint unless there is something else wrong.
