If the front tie rods dust(end boots) boots are cracked that means no grease in it,right?

I would replace the tie rod. I've not been able to find a source in the US for just the oem style boots.

If the boot is cracked, it's letting in dirt and water- which ruins the grease. So unless you just accidentally sliced it with a knife, there's no good way of knowing how long it's been cracked.

You should be able to replace just the rod end. But it's smart to get an alignment afterwards because the new one won't be quite the same as the old.

I was changing the bearings and I noticed.Would it be good time to change the lower Ball Joint too?

They way these Fords eat up the front suspension, probably. It would really depend on if there is enough wear to require replacement.

Check rockauto.com for fitment. 2wd vs 4x4 will most likely make a difference
