What is the best plug for our engines?

I've got 82k on our Navigator and figure I better change out the plugs. I'm just wondering if anyone has had better performance with other spark plugs than Motorcraft. I'm sure anything will be better than what's in them, since they might be the originals (I bought it with 51k miles). Thanks for your help!

your best bet is to stick with the Motorcraft plugs
