I got my basket from Yakima, it was about $350 and then I got an extension for it from them which was about $130... kinda of pricy but you can really see the quality with it and I think it fills the roof space very well

It's definitely solid enough to stand on or completely overload with things but it isn't solid "flat" it has the crossbars all around it.
See pic.

Sorry it took so long to reply but I've had the roof rack on for a good while now. I really enjoy it. Seems sturdy but I'm not sure about holding someone without some kind of solid platform.

Hey Gruz I got another question for ya. Is there any trimming needed in the back to fit 35's? I don't imagine I would have to but just something that came to mind. Thanks

Sweet, can't wait to get my wheels and tires. I'll post up some pics once they're installed. One last thing, I need an alignment done. Think I should get that done with the stock wheels or wait until after I put on the new wheels and tires to get it aligned? Not sure if different offset and wheel size will make a difference

Ah prolly won't really matter but I'd wait for the new wheels and tires to be safe... I got mine done both times and I go again every time I play with the suspension but I paid for the lifetime alignment thingy

Ok I will just wait. My alignment isn't off too bad but steering wheel is a little crooked and it drives a little funny. Btw, I saw your pic they posted on the instagram page today. Your ride is hands down one of my favorites man!

Alright guys I ordered new wheels and tires today. I went with Rebel Racing buckshot wheels in 17x9 with a -6 offset and 35x12.50 Arturo Trail Blade XT's. They should be here within a week or so and I'll post pics!

@ Grunz7 I got my Yakima Load Warrior basket rack. Now I gotta order the 18 inche extension to make it a full rack.
I had to slide the rear crossbar forward to mount it but its temporary.
The wind fascia is off BC I painted it Matte Black and had to order a New Yakima Decal BC It had to come off for paint..

I ordered the door jam mounts off eBay for a 04 F150 was like $40.
Then I had to fab them up to fit my 03 Expedition door jam..
The provided screw's would not hold so I got 6 2" long 1/4" bolts with nuts and drilled all the way through the A pillar's and tightened the nuts up then reinstalled the A pillar trim.
But I used Black Marine sealant . I put a 1/4" bead around each hole I drilled then put the mount on and covered the bolt head's .
And so far no water leaks.
If u wanna go this route lmk and I'll post some pic's how I did it to give u a visual of what's involved..

This is he best I got saved on my phone... that is behind the drivers side wheel against the firewall, you'll have to trim the fender liner like I did, and then there will be a big pinch weld sticking out, as you can see I banged that in with a mallet against the firewall and then hit it with undercoat...
let me know if you need better pics I can get some tomorrow.... my truck doesn't run right now lol
