What's going one everyone! I'm Henry 30 living just outside of Chicago.
It needs the following:
Brakes all around (rotors & pads)-FIXED
Rear wiper motor
Fogs don't engage so troubleshoot wiring-FIXED
Horrible misfire situation going on-FIXED
O2 sensors-FIXED
A new front diff as it no longer operating in 4x4 and it's not the switch as I checked. -FIXED
Right turn signal doesn't work in front even with new bulb (troubleshoot) FIXED
Tie rods and ball joints need replacing-FIXED
Power steering is none existent in this truck FIXED
It's sagging at the rear end even though it doesn't have air suspension FIXED
Oil contaminated with coolant hardcore FIXED
E-brake cable is broke at the center FIXED
Cat converter has a hole right down the middle of it FIXED
Oil pan is dented like a **** FIXED
Cam phaser, sounds like a diesel -FIXED
Needs new tires cause right now they're like drag radials-FIXED
Needs a speintine belt and both idler pullies, a tensioner assembly, power steering and crank pills replaced. FIXED
And finally none of the interior lights works. FIXED

top 3 hardest repairs (and I mean a giant PITA) were
1. Cam phaser (I think that was the hardest job I ever made)
2. Head gasket
3. Rear shocks/struts

Welcome to the site, too bad you are a short timer if your wife should read your post. It is a good habit to proofread before submitting....

First off I gather your mother in law must hate you or you are a glutton for punishment -
1) you allow her use of your beemer for a pos(current condition)
2) You are a dead man:
"I don't have any payments on the bummer so I'm good, just a $2100 mortgage and 2 soon to be 3 kids and a wide to feed and keep entertained lol. "
Hope your WIFE has a sense of humor

Welcome to the site again, you are now Baptised by Fire

If it is on the Internet it is there forever....

On a serious note I would address the oil/coolant mix first since that will be the biggest/costliest venture.

I looked over the list again, damn - how is the hood?

I would suggest that you get a copy of the Ford Service Manual on DVD It will be specific to your model year Includes wiring diagrams with connector views, pin layout and much more information including Mechanical Service and Troubleshooting.

Haha hood is like new looks like it never been opened.

Well I got the belt and pullies fixed Yesterday and now its running again. Next thing is the coolant/oil mix.

Also I noticed the flapping noise on the vents so add that to the list!

Ehh never mind it's a cam phaser. I'll change them out when I rare the motor down for the possible head gasket repair. Do you guys have any recommendations on a company brand for new phasers?

Got a lot fixed in past couple weeks, I noticed this is by far the easiest car/truck I've ever worked on.

Well everything is fixed on the truck except for the wiper motor, i must say I might be out $2400 in parts but this truck runs like new and hauls ass too. So it's basicly like paying $2400-2500 for a trouble free 05 expy. Not too shabby eh..
