That’s not 400 to the rear wheels though more like 360. But you can get 464 and 551 with just a performance tune only. This is graph for 93. Even higher with e50I've been curious about the same thing. I'd have to believe that you could tune it at least to the 400HP level that is factory with a Platinum with no issues. Plus, the dealer would have to prove that the tune is what caused the failure, which is highly unlikely unless your one of those guys who just beats on his stuff and runs it to redline at every red-light-turned-green.
