I put a (cheap) replacement motor in my drivers door window and the auto down doesn't work. When you push the down button there are 2 clicks first click the window goes down second click engages the auto down and stops working. Also the motor has no stops it goes all the way up and still runs until I release the button same on the way down. I am hoping it will last until warmer weather and I will but a proper replacement part in.
I installed the new motor and regulator (AC DELCO Professional) plugged it in and worked perfectly. It even came with the nuts, bolts and lock washers to put it in with where the cheap one did not. So don't buy the cheap one.I put a (cheap) replacement motor in my drivers door window and the auto down doesn't work. Install Note: used tape on back of wrench to hold nut in place for hard to reach spots. use the little thin short wrenches because there is no room for full size.
