Pretty sure its under the glove compartment

The location likely varies depending on year/model. With my 2000 it is under the dash on the passenger side kick panel.

The location of it can be found in the owners manual under roadside service.

Thanks

Crankshaft sensor did the trick for me. Never thought of hitting the inertia.

I'm deep in engine tear down now.......

As for relative compression. It works and will read no compression and compression in relation to other cylinders. I thought I would pass this on as pulling all Plugs is a big job in terms of shop time and relative compression is done without pulling plugs for a couple hundred bucks. Technology at its finest.
