Well after a serious review, I have revised or I think improved this modification. Upon inspection of getting more and cooler airflow into the intake...sticking a 3" piece of PVC just was not doing it for me...I cut a new piece of pipe today due to the fact when the air comes into the truck..it skates right by the opening unless your wide open throttle and to the back of the fender...so after some measurements and some cuts to a new piece of PVC it now works directional and butts up against the out fender and directs the air into the PVC. Drove it today and noticed a signifigant difference on WOT throttle and while driving my intake temp was 12 to 15 degrees cooler than before...I am curious to once I get the air intake hooked up behind the grill I installed and vented up how much difference it will make? But for now this will work...let me know your thoughts Gents!
