What HID kit did you use? I'm looking at the Morimoto system. Talked to a sales rep and he said all the stock functions would work just fine with their system. I'm hoping that's true.

I used Morimoto HD Relay hardness with F5 Fast Bright HID running flawlessly the past year on my old car.

I didn't think a Morimoto setup was out yet for our Expeditions? Or are you talking about just Bulbs?
The sales guy I talked to told me to get the 9005 HID kit for the low beams to put in the factory projector, and the H9 LED bulbs for the high beam. He said the relay harness and a anti-flicker kit would allow for all automatic functions and would be all I needed.

I've used Morimoto in the past with no issues. They are a little more pricey compared to the LED bulbs people are getting from Amazon, but I'm thinking it will be great quality and last me awhile.

Yeah, they are pricey. I'm sure they will work great. Only thing I am worried about with HIDs is having to get the wiring through the dust covers.
