Today I installed some new headlights and corners, I got them off of CL. Seemed to look nice but when I tried to install them nothing lines up. I will install the factory ones back tomorrow and wait until I can get new OEM lights or something better than what I have now.
I also did the front bumper and grille in Bedliner spray. I will do the lower valance in Plasti dip tomorrow
I also have all the EB body trim done in Bedliner and once the new rockers are welded in and it is pained I will putt those on

Yes if adjusters are off 1/4" the lines will be horrible!!!!! and trust me theres more than 1/4 inch of adjustment, what a stupid setup

I did these: th_20130628_144123_zps519c478e.jpg

at first I thought for sure, crappy fitting aftermarket headlamps, i was disgusted, Then figured it out and adjusted everything to what the stockers were set to as a baseline, then aimed the beams and bingo. Just like they belong

But if I am looking at the lights correctly the adjusters are "behind" the lights so once they are in you cannot adjust them. I will look at them again tomorrow

i had to remove and install my headlights prolly 100 times making slight adjustments every time. mainly for the right aim of the headlights on the road, secondly for fitment.

I bought the headlight adjusting tool and adjusted them in 10 min. They are awesome now.
As far as removing the trim.
The bottoms of the doors are stuck on with 3M double sided tape so just get a plastic putty knife and heat gun and get them off.
As far as the mouldings around the wheel wells they are held on with clips, screws and push pins. The screws are around the inside, you can see them, pull the plastic tabs out of the very bottom and then just give it a good yank and they will pop out of the fender.
