Im new to the forum scene. I have a 2001 expde. 4.6 with 92000 K&N intake, straight duals with factory cats,1715 sc tuner sitting on 20 inch wheelss with 31-10.50's. Would adding a throttle body spacer help me get more out of this truck.

Yep I dont think they do anything to benefit the engine. Do a search on the Gott's mod, that will allow you to get more from the truck, and its much cheaper.

Checked out the gotts mod but i dont have the plastic tube in my truck. I took it out when i did the full k&n intake an filter. all that is around my filter is the shield an hole in the inner
fender.

Oh gotcha I didn't catch that you had the full intake in the truck. I just have a drop-in filter so that is the first thing that comes to my mind when I read K&N haha. Only thing I can think of to help with intake performance then would be to clean the throttle body.

Spacers really only work well for carb'd applications where you allow more airspace for the fuel and 02 to blend together. Under a throttle body all they really do is make a whirring sound when you hit the go pedal.
