I haven't done it today yet but will tackle this afternoon... The windshield washer bottle is emptying under what looks like the RH front floorpan/frame rail area. I did some expy forum research and understand if I remove the front RH interior kick panel I'll find the problem area.

I removed the battery, battery tray and washer mounting bottle last weekend to see if the problem was with a cracked washer bottle or the connections. Doy!

Yep.. the washer bottle hose was disconnected behind the kick panel. I used silicone to seal the hose to the connector. Lots of water on the carpeting and in the door sill channel.

Scared a transient man at a Shell station. Apparently, my blacked out chrome made it look like a security vehicle.
He did compliment my plasti-dip job though...

Oil change, brakes, transfer case, tire rotation and balance. Basic preventative stuff.

Ordered up the clear Ford Lightning style headlights and corners along with all new front bulbs and a Spectre air filter oh and some fuse adapters so I can piggyback onto a fuse in the fuse box to hard wire my dash camera, tired of the outlet being tied up for it.

Today I ordered a new rear wiper arm and front plate bracket. As you can tell i'm basically a master mechanic.

I predict i'll be putting down ~700HP once i get these installed. Can't wait to dust some Supras

Not DID yet. But I am planning to replace the radio/casette deck for this one: PIONEER FH-X520UI. New Pioneer FH X520UI Double DIN Car Stereo CD MP3 iPod USB Aux w Pandora | eBay .....Does anyone has installed this one on a Expedition? Mine is 2002 XLT. Original radio stopped changing stations and the bass and treble balance just died. Any advice regarding this? I am buying a kit to install it too. PLUS Plan on adding a 12 inch subwooffer, which have no idea where to place it...Any advice will be appreciated.

Well, I did this last week. Picked up a cheap Actron scanner on Amazon (Black Friday "lightning deal") and proceeded to use it to pinpoint a #6 failed COP, which I replaced with one COP out of a $50 set of 8 COPs (Amazon again...). Good as new.

I then drove the the gas station pumped in a tank of $1.99 per gallon 87 octane fuel .

Took a couple of mattresses to the dump. weighed in at 6029 lbs.

Then I went and spun around in some mud.

lately, just driving around with this cheap fuel. we are at 2.21 for 87 here down 10c since my last fill up that cost just $51. I filled up my lady's '04 cavalier from E and only put about $20 to full.

My expy also rolled 290k recently but I haven't updated about it and we're at 292k. that mileage may not hit 300k this year if I manage to get my class-a cdl

I replaced the left rear door latch that wasn't working from the inner door handle. Did it without drilling the factory rivets. Not fun.

Helped my son change the timing chains on the Expy. It was a great learning experience for him - using the factory shop manual, the reason for using the proper tools, learning to work in an organized fashion and most of all, keeping your cool when things don't go right. Don't ask him about a leaking valve cover gasket....he finally got it though.

The original guides had 225,000 miles on them and only a little piece was missing, more like a nick than anything else.

Plasti dipped both bumpers, 7 coats and turned out amazing. Installed a used sunroof motor, while everything was apart, sunroof parts all cleaned and lubed. Past few weeks I got super crew seats in that are heated, and working. Had to switch the metal frames for the rear seats. Presently fixing the 4x4 issue of not working.
