03 XLT 4x4 with 57k miles...... was going to be paying $3000...... but after all of the help my Father needed the last few years before my Mom passed, my Dad told me the other night he wants me to just have the truck since I help him out so much.

So when its all said and done I paid $0 for my Expy.

Last week we bought a 09 EL XLT with 59K miles, leather seats minus heated seats, heavy duty tow, and DVD. With my trade(05 Escape) walked out with it for $23K.

97 XLT 4.6 4x4 white with gray leather, third row seats. 163K paid 800.00. Everything was in decent shape and working order. Except for the hole the size of my fist in the block. New motor 3200, new exhaust, cats, flowmaster muffler, new driver's leather seat, new box behind fuse box, new windshield to try to stop the water that was getting into the box behind the fuses, new chrome tube steps, and now both front and rear air blow hot. Pulls the pontoon boat and the camper well and holds the kids and dogs.

800 seemed like a good deal.

I just paid $3k for a '98 with right at 200k miles. Interior and exterior are not reflective of the age and mileage of this truck. It has been meticulously maintained and I think I got a great deal on it. My wife is happy and I guess, in the end, that's all that matters.

I just bought my 2000 XLT 4.6 on new years eve 2011. I paid $2500 but it has a lot of rust and needs new tires. It has 181K on the body and 110k on the motor but I love this vehicle. it's the first vehicle I can't wait to do upgrades to. I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Just bought my 05 XLT 5.4 4x4 a week ago! 119,000 miles for 13,500. Previous owner was Southern Platte Fire Protection District. So its in great shape!

I think it was a good deal considering that for other 2nd gens with around 150,000 are going for 11-12,000
