I decided that it wasn't worth the daily hassle any more, and went and bought the only Limited Max in town today. So I'm officially abandoning my special order. SAY LA VEE.

Does anyone know what it means when your order has been “bucked”?? I just spoke the sales manager at my local dealer and he said that my order has been bucked and I’m not real sure if that’s good or bad.

"Bucked" means the frame has been selected at the factory and it is about ready to roll down the line.

Ok, that makes me feel a lot better! Sounded like it could’ve been a bad thing depending on how they defined “bucked” lol
I never got an email, but called Marketing today and I got a VIN and a build date!!! 6/20 Max SPP in Dark Matter with pretty much everything except RES. It may be worth noting that the order tracking page does not show my build date yet, but Marketing did have it.

Possible title “My truck finally made it but it took so long to get I no longer need this size vehicle…let’s see your pictures”

I received the 6th email moving my order an extra week, to May 23rd.
I order mine in Oct 15th. I have seeing some identical builds popping up in Car.com
Super loyal to Ford, my 3 cars are fords.
I will cool down and decide what to do tomorrow. I am really sad

Limited. No chip hold.
BUT. It was moved to storage off site for a couple weeks could have been for chip but I‘m not sure. I really got discouraged.
called my buddy at GMC to order a Yukon Denali…he said NOV/DEC delivery. As I procrastinated looking at options, Ford dealer text me…shipped.
oh and no emails from FoMoCo. But the tracker worked…sometimes

My four kids will be gone and I won’t need this big rig anymore…then I could order the F-150 I’ve wanted but can’t justify.
