2022 Expedition - Schedule for production ?

Does anyone know if the Shipped bubble gets checked when it actually leaves the facility or is it not really transparent at that point? I was In Production for over a week but then once they put a date on that line they checked the bubble and it was Built and Shipped within about a day and a half. Just curious if a check mark would signify it’s actually on its way. Also wonder if dealers have more transparency and a way to track it better via Rail?

I have the exact same question as I’m in nearly the exact same situation. Mine is supposed to come via convoy not rail and my hopes are all up now.

Mine is at the dealership, but still shows like yours, go figure.

Does anybody know what the Stealth Signature Lighting is? I see on the website there is now a removal option for that as well. I still have not got a build date on mine yet and the options just keep shrinking. A little worried mine is going to be missing a lot.

Signature lighting is the "C" shaped lighting around the headlights on each side.

Ordered my 303a 4x4 , was confirmed 1/31. Got an email that's it's scheduled for this week. The "in production" circle has a drop off blue in it. Does that mean they actually started building it ? How many days does it take ??? Thanks

well my dealer assures me that all these new removals are for when the new order banks open and current current orders will receive the items. Not holding my breath though.

There will be a date populated eventually for "In Production." Mine is currently 6/10. I haven't had any other updates on the tracker, but dealer told me it was built on the 17th and is due to arrive on 7/7. Hope dealer is right!!

Your dealer could have fought for you to have a higher priority in the system. After about a month, my dealer convinced Ford to move my 2/15 order to priority 02. I'm currently in production.

Was priority 10 for months with no movement. Worked with my dealer and regional rep and was moved to priority 2. After that the order went super quick. Nothing was removed and no chip holds. Just waiting on local delivery now.

Well, seems sometimes things flip quickly. Just got the email that my Expy has been shipped. Couple of days ago it went from Built back to In Production and the dates disappeared. Ordertrack.app shows In Transit. The Ford order track website is being difficult today so can't see anything there.
UPDATE: finally got into the Ford tracking site and it shows shipped, no date yet.

Just checked with my Mpls/St Paul dealer -- they have yet to receive any 2022 Expeditions. I have yet to see one in my area, let alone my 12/23 order.

I have wondered about this for sometime myself.

Is it possible the front Ford logo (Oval) is back-lighted?

I recently received the 2022 Ford Expedition/Navigator service manual and wiring diagrams. It shows wiring to a Signature Lamp, the connector is shown to be behind the center of the grill and one of the wires is labeled Lamp Emblem. The one caveat is the page is labeled Navigator.

Also, in the picture below from the Ford Expedition Gallery website the Oval Emblem looks like it could be, or not, lit up.

To bad my truck is still waiting on shipment otherwise I could go look for myself.

I picked mine up last Friday, came in Thursday around noon and she was picked up around noon on Friday! This isn’t the one I ordered, as it’s still on chip hold until August 14 or longer. I ordered on 11/17. The dealership had ordered this one that was the same build as I had so I got to get it instead of waiting on mine to come in! Star White Metallic Tri-Coat, I’m having all the chrome and top wrapped, as soon as I pick it up, I’m post another picture. Got the windows tinted on Sunday! She drives great!

What was your In Production and Build Date? Just curious, as tracker still show In Production for mine and dealer has build/ship dates.

My Timberline is finally off chip hold (since 3/31) and awaiting shipment. Hopefully another week or two at the most.

Just a little info for you guys that are waiting, I ordered on 12/6/21 got pushed back 4 times got built 3/18/22 & put on chip hold got built email on 6/5/22 got shipped email 6/8/22 with eta to dealership from 6/25/22 to 7/1/22, it arrived at dealer 6/17/22 picked up on 6/20/22. All they did was take off the plastics & wash it check fluids and made sure everything was working that was final prep I believe, all black stealth performance package,and it was dirty from sitting in what ever lot they had it sitting in for 3 months

Finally got to the built stage this morning.

Current shipping estimate is arrival between 7/14 - 7/20. Wondering how accurate that is.
