Limited - Ambient Lighting Not Showing in Sync

So on the 2020 it's no longer under this line 7D0-01-02 **** - xxxx - xxxx

Door Keypad Menu (DKM) & Ambient Lighting (AL):

8=DKM disabled & AL disabled
9=DKM enabled & AL disabled
A=DKM disabled & AL enabled
B=DKM enabled & AL enabled

Do a search Donn, there is a thread in both the 3rd and 4th Gen areas discussing it. Ask in one of those if you have an issue, and one of us will respond!

Was it removed? F150’s had it 2015-2017 and then it was removed 2018+. The 2018+ F150 has different hardware (single color LED’s) but still has the proper wiring.

It looks like that happened to the 2020’s. Going to confirm part numbers today or tomorrow.

0=Ice Blue - Ford, 1=Orange - Ford, 2=Soft Blue - Ford, 3=Red - Ford (F150 default), 4=Green - Ford, 5=Blue - Ford, 6=Purple - Ford, 7=White - Lincoln, 8=Amber - Lincoln, 9=Teal - Lincoln, A=Red - Lincoln, B=Blue - Lincoln, C=Green - Lincoln, D=Lilac - Lincoln, E=Yellow - Non-Standard, F=Ice Blue - Non-Standard

Worth a try, but I don’t think the hardware is capable of it. Just like they did in the 150 in 2018.

No Ambient lighting setting in the Sync Settings menu in our new 2020 Limited. According to Ford’s website all Limited should have it.

2 Questions:

1). Anybody with a 4th Gen Limited that is also missing Ambient Lighting?

2). Anybody else ran in to this and found a fix if it was just a setting somewhere?

Yep. They removed the option on the limited. Just 1 color.
