Ordered King Ranch Feb 18 and was scheduled for May 16 and got email yesterday moving the date earlier to May 9! Hope they are just not messing with me!It seems people are starting to finally get their orders or they are coming very soon. Please post pictures so we can live vicariously through you. Or maybe we need to start a new thread. Possible title “My truck finally made it but it took so long to get I no longer need this size vehicle…let’s see your pictures”![]()
No news is good news after you've been scheduled.Still in the same boat. Ordered Limited 301A package on 1/17. Was emailed there was a delay on 3/18.
Crickets since then. But nice seeing orders placed after ours are getting updates. Yay.
They won’t have prep done until Tuesday at the earliest, and I’m not free any evenings this week. I extended my BMW lease through May 14, so it’s cool. Why the delay on the delivery?
I talked to my dealer on Friday and they said my order was “bucked” on 4/25. That being said, I hope the body is all together and already painted, just waiting for interior, electronics, and the rest of the guys to go in it!It's been quiet for a day here -
Still hoping for a change to 'built' status for my Max Platinum - invoice date per ordertrack.app on 4/19, sticker dated 4/20, but nothing since then - maybe something will pop this week or maybe I'll be in the parking lot waiting for a chip.
Hope some of you others start to see some changes/updates from this magical 4/25 build week that many of us were supposed to be in.
3/17 was a rough day for the chip hold crowd.Ford really needs to do a better job on their order communication and tracking... When I talk to my dealership or Ford Marketing.. I still get the same response.. "We show your vehicle is in chip hold status with an ETA of 4/9..." I now assume they mean 4/9 of 2023....

I'm in almost the exact same timeline/status. My order confirmation: 10/22/2021. My In Production: 3/22/2022. Zero emails or updates from Ford, and the dealer only has the same message you've listed above on chip hold and ETA.Ford really needs to do a better job on their order communication and tracking... Did you receive any in between information? Mine was built on 3/18 as well and I have no updateGetting closer.. Stealth, Dark Matter, 304A, HD Tow, CCD, 15.5" screen
Ordered 11/17/21
Production 3/18/22
Chip Hold
Built (scheduling ship) 4/30/22
In Chicago so hopefully not too much longer
Beautiful combination, the wheels made a huge difference
Does your tracker still not show anything then, or did it update the same time as the email? I just found one I was tempted to go get, but it's 4.5 hours away and out of my state (with 2% higher sales tax)... mine was in production on 3/16 in the app and chip hold as of 3/17, so a few hundred behind yours but relatively closeDealer was unable to give me any update. I kept checking the tracker and nothing. Out of the blue last evening I received the email.
Interestingly, I had lost faith and was looking at dealership lots for similar car last week. I found exact same spec. (VIN was 27 VIN's older) delivered to a South Chicago lot on Thursday 4/28. Drove down and was told on-site they would not take anything less than $10k over MSRP.
